At Brookie B’s, we want you to absolutely love your purchase! Each piece is designed with care and quality in mind. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
💌 Returns
- You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original tags and packaging.
- Exclusions: Final-sale, clearance, personalized, or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
- For hygiene reasons, worn pajamas or opened accessories cannot be returned.
- To start a return, email support@brookiebs.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
💳 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees (including original delivery costs) are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item arrived defective.
🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, simply place a new order and return your original item using the steps above.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@brookiebs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve it promptly.
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Brookie B’s is not responsible for lost or untracked returns.
🧸 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return once received and approved.
